In just 8-weeks, we’ll help you grow your coaching practice and turn it into a machine. Here’s how.
First week will set the stage in order for you to make the most of your investment and get the foundational mindset needed to thrive in your coaching business. You will get a comprehensive coaching market overview and project a future business revenue possibility.
Second week will be valuing your worth, computing your opportunity cost and start designing your coaching life scheduling. From our findings, the main roadblocks when monetizing from coaching is not correctly approaching personal value and worth. We will work around this theme in order to achieve the projected possibilities.
Third week is about going deeper towards our coaching mission and Identity. We will project a future desired future and get anchors onto this better version of ourselves. This will also contain a neuroscience piece and a guided meditation in order to set the ground for the rational work and tools to follow.
Although the term of abundance may be overused in coaches’ practice what you will find in the fourth week is its business side. We will look at our coaching blue ocean strategy and learn to talk from a value perspective while addressing money and pricing.
With all the ground work until now, week five will be about niche and differentiation. As the coaching market is growing finding a clear niche, a positioning and your key differentiators is highly important.
Week Six is about product development, product & service structuring, pricing strategies and having all you need as a coach in order to have a complete Coaching Business Kit. This will build clarity and confidence in selling your service and coaching method of choice. Also, here you will get access to our trademark pricing system when asking for money in coaching.
After having the whole kit and product ready it’s time to work on your client reach strategy & systems. This will bring clarity on you client funnel and set some easy steps for conversions. Building upon our pricing system you will also get access to our Chemistry Session flows and learn more on managing coaching processes.
In the last week we will acknowledge our progress together and close the main learning circles. We will put it all together and get ready to test, experiment, adjust and confidently do that in the market. We will also build a sustainability plan and learn how we can support your process further more.
